Schulte Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates, Order Pickers, and Shipping/Receiving professionals for busy, growing companies on the North Shore. These are hands-on positions in fast-paced warehouse and distribution environments offering stable, long-term employment opportunities.

Location: Peabody, MA | Full-Time | Immediate Openings
Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hr, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM–3:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Build pallets and shrink-wrap products
• Process orders and print shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar systems
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Use RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience required
• Forklift experience is a must; reach truck experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer and RF scanning skills
• Strong work history with dependable attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be able to complete required background and/or drug screening
