We are looking for a dependable Mail Clerk to support daily mailroom operations in New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who works well in a structured onsite environment and takes pride in accurate, timely handling of incoming correspondence. The person in this role will help keep mail distribution organized so internal teams receive documents and materials without delay.

Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming mail and packages, review items for accuracy, and prepare them for internal distribution.
• Sort letters, documents, and deliveries by department or recipient to ensure efficient routing.
• Deliver mail throughout the onsite location in a timely and accurate manner.
• Enter mail-related information into tracking logs and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain an orderly mailroom by organizing materials, supplies, and incoming items for daily processing.
• Support routine administrative tasks connected to mail handling, filing, and record updates as needed.• Previous experience in a mailroom, clerical, or office support role is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to enter information accurately and efficiently.
• Comfortable using computers for recordkeeping, tracking, and general administrative tasks.
• Good typing ability and attention to detail when processing numeric and written information.
• Ability to stay organized while managing a steady volume of incoming mail and deliveries.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work onsite in Mt Laurel, New Jersey.
• Detail-oriented communication skills and a consistent, service-oriented approach to daily work.
