About the Role:

Alford Air Conditioning Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Installer/Service Tech to join our team in Jupiter, FL. Responsibilities:

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, and ductwork
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in proper working order
• Complete service reports and job documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and/or service
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of HVAC systems and brands
• Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
